Well, we finally made it to pre school and it was sure a long haul!
Today was Welcome Day. I spent a lovely hour and a half at school with Gabriel today. He loved it. He was a little concerned that I might leave. When they were all on the carpet with the parents sitting behind them I heard Gabriel yell out, "Mommy, where are you?" Everyone laughed. I am pretty sure he knows that school is something he will do without Mommy. This is not the first without Mommy experience so he will be a champ on Monday for the official first day of school. They are huge at his pre school about Sid the Science Kid. Gabriel remembered Sid but called him the science guy instead. I was very impressed.
Gabriel wore his brand new light up fire engine sneakers today. He proudly wore his twins t-shirt to meet all his new friends.

Gabriel looked really excited to be at school. Let's hope the excitement lasts. I know my favorite class was gym by the second grade.
