It Was a Charlie Brown Birthday

Happy Birthday to Sylvia Mae!

Sylvia is proudly 1 year old and a grown up woman. We plan to send her out to work soon. Maybe that's why she isn't walking yet.

We had a very little party for her here on Sunday and Nanny was here. We had pizza and cupcakes, just like every kid wants on a birthday. Sylvia is getting her 18 month old molars way too early so she was in a bad mood. She barely made it through the pizza and we had to stretch her through the ceremonial cupcake ritual. She was not happy about it and she didn't like the party hat. Gabriel loved the party hat and insisted on wearing it as soon as he saw it. I have video of the birthday too but no time to upload now. You'll have to check back later.

We bought her a fancy blizzard ice cream cake too (really it was for Mommy and Daddy) and we even forgot to take it out before Nanny left. She shouldn't feel too bad that we all forgot because it wasn't as good as Gabriel's oreo blizzard cake. It was pretty though and here's a photo.

Here are also some pics from today. Lola sent another box of clothes and the kids looked very cute today. Sylvia finally has a pair of jeans she can fit her fat little thighs into and still move around now.
