Well, a friend of Gabriel's threw a graduation/going away party for Gabriel today.
Our buyers got turned down by their mortgage company so our house is no longer sold and back on the market. That's the way the cookie crumbles.
At least Gabriel got lots of parties and good bye kisses and he still gets to go back to the same school next year.

Congratulations Gabriel! You did it kid. The hosue is not sold, it's OK, God has plans for everything. At least you are still close to Judy.
