Still Here............

Sylvia thought she would just rest her head on Gabriel's knee and watch everything he was doing.

Still very sick. I had Sylvia Mae to the doctor again on Monday, she now has an ear infection on top of her other sickness. Gabriel is still coughing up the entire state of Michigan. Sylvia wants to cough up Michigan but she can't because she doesn't know how. They are both going back to the doctor tomorrow. We've been there so much I feel like I need a frequent visit bonus. Sylvia is also getting some more teeth so she is ultra irritated but if she doesn't get her teeth how will she ever bite Gabriel? She tried today, he thought it was funny but I don't think he knew she was trying to bite him. I still have a cough but I am feeling better and Bryan never got the cough.

Well at least Sylvia is growing. On Monday she was just over 16 pounds which was not much more than when we went on October 3rd but it was good to see she was growing at least a little.

Mission Gabriel Speak: ACCOMPLISHED. Gabriel was officially discharged from his speech therapy today. He is ahead in all areas and I am really glad to have that over with. Just think, if he had never had the wax cleaned out of his ears, he would never have been able to tell Sylvia, "Baby go home!"

Gabriel is still unhappy about having a little sister. He did very well at his YMCA class today. I thought he would be horrible with the other kids because of his general mood but he was just great. He also has a really bad diaper rash so he really is in a pain in the butt kind of mood. Sylvia liked his YMCA class too. She was dancing to all the songs. She even tried to make a boyfriend. He's Italian, they're lovers you know, she knows how to pick them.
