More little stories..........

There is so much more to post........still have Hawaii pics, we were there for like 11 days or something........Gabriel pooped on the potty last friday morning........Gabriel had yet another virus this week bringing about his second trip to the ER..........

but today Gabriel did some funny stuff. He likes to flirt with the girlies. He doesn't care who they are or how old they are. He'll love any female who might look like she might pay just a little attention to him. Just like a man.

So we went to the park this afternoon and he jumped onto the merry go round. There was a very uninterested girl, about 10-12 years old sitting there. She was texting like mad on her phone. He got there before I did and I had to catch up. I heard him as I was approaching.

Gabriel: Here comes Mommy. Here comes Sylvia. My little sister Sylvia.
Girl: no answer
Gabriel: There's Mommy's car. (pointing)
Girl: no answer
Gabriel: (louder) There's Mommy's car.
Girl: no answer but smile.
Then Gabriel thought he could really win her over so he gave her his best line.
Gabriel: Mommy cuts my fingernails. (he shows her his fingers)
This one really got her, she laughed and said he was cute. He rode on the merry go round with her for a while.

Then we went to McDonalds and BJ's after we met Daddy who was on his way home from work. Then we went for ice cream at Dairy Queen where Gabriel met a lovely little girl in the next booth who was eating ice cream with her daddy. She was very cute and just turned 3 so she was much more desirable from my point of view if he was planning on bringing her home to meet the family. Gabriel is such a man. He could do everything but say just plain "hello". He was acting silly to make her laugh, but got shy and just couldn't say hello. It was nice to find a little girl who liked jumping around just as much as he does and he loved it.

Gabriel: I'm silly.
Sydney: (her name was Sydney) You're silly. ha ha ha. (laugh laugh laugh)
Gabriel: I'm silly. (he was falling backwards in the booth on purpose to make her laugh, he chose to try to make her laugh instead of eating his ice cream cone)
Gabriel: Hi, I'm Gabriel. (he finally said it)
Sydney: Hi, I'm Sydney. (she refused to give her age, just like a woman)
Gabriel: Mommy cuts my fingernails. (this line worked before, why not use it again.)
Sylvia: (wow, my brother is such a nerd)
Then Gabriel thought he would say something that would really win her over.
Gabriel: I have a really big poop. (Yup, he thought this line was much better than the fingernail one. He thought he'd really get her to go to the park with him with that line. Fortunately, she didn't hear him say this one and he wasn't smelly. He looked really disappointed that she didn't hear him say that choice line. Sydney was wearing a diaper too so I guess he thought it would endear him to her since it was a lie, there was no poop. Anything to get the girlies' attention.

Gabriel is such a man.
