We had fun in the snow today. We got about 12 or so inches last night. We had to go out to Walmart yesterday to get Sylvia snow boots. She is so little that her size is still considered in some brands as pre-walker, thus, no snow boots for her. We had to buy boys spiderman size 7 (2 sizes too big) for her. She walks ok in them but she won't be able to out run any snow ball fights in them. Her hands are too small for real play in the snow mittens too. I'm about to do a down and dirty internet search for her right now. 12 inches is too much for Sylvia to do anything in. She had enough of standing still in the snow and then falling over and not being able to get up. She had to sit like a princess in the stroller and eat pretzels instead.
Gabriel needs mittens. He's in between toddler and little boy so we had to get mittens that were too big. He hates them but he was not deterred from full on snow fun today. I will include him in my down and dirty internet search.
Sylvia did have fun but yesterday when she touched the snow and got cold she cried. I think she may even have asked for Uncle Kevin as he would never have subjected her to such conditions.

I guess you guys did get the snow the weather man said you would get. That first hour would be fun but the shoveling and driving in the snow is not something I miss.
