Miscellaneous

I had to get things out to the post office today so I was desperate to keep Gabriel amused. I finally grabbed the return address labels and he was happy to stick them all over himself. He did eat one but I got it out in time.
We made cookies today. Gabriel helped. I made a cage for him so he could see what was going on up on the counter, it worked great.
Another view of the animal in his cage.
This is how the cookies come out spread on a sheet. Much easier than dropping them one by one. Amy, you should try this soon.
Since Gabriel has been envying Savannah's swing, I thought I would pull his old swing out just for fun.
He loves it. It is the perfect angle for watching TV.
This is Gabriel last week at the toddler play place at the Freehold Raceway Mall. He loves the carousel too. He can ride on a horsey like a big boy.
Happy Birthday to Bryan. Kevin gave him his very own hard hat. A gift for the man who has everything.
Yup, a real hard hat with safety stuff in it and everything. Go Twins.

Great Gabriel cage. But do those cookies get really hard around the edge of the pan so you can't eat that part? Or is that one of the benefits of using that PC pan that I can't stand to touch?

Cookie is great everywhere, even on the sides. If you don't over cook it the whole thing is great. I don't know if it works the same without the PC pan. I bought this one strictly for this cookie preparation purpose. I used to make the big cookie in a PC 9x13 stone. This bar pan is better.

I overcooked this one a little bit but it is still great. I usually like it to be soft like a big cookie with brownie consistency.

Yum Yum.

Alright...I might actually have to suck it up and get one of those. I just hate the way they feel on your fingers.

Wow! Looks delicious. Gabriel is going to be a good cook someday. Now is the rime to train him.

Like that Twins Hat.
