There is new snow on the Iron Range. Here is a video just sent from Lolo and Lola. Here is the e-mail that came with it.
"Hi Gabriel, Lola stayed home from work today, the weather is too bad to
drive.
I wish you were here so you and I could go outside and make a snow fort and
throw snowballs. "
The difference between MN and NJ is that in NJ you try to build a snowman and in MN you build a snow fort. Yes it must be bad if Lola can't go to work because she only drives 5 minutes to work.
It's just as well that Gabriel isn't there, the snow is too tall for toddlers, he couldn't even make it out and if he did he would get lost in it.
It will all melt by Memorial Day or at least for the Land of the Loon in June.

Not that Minnesota isn't a very lovely state, and I have lots of love for certain people who hail from there, but man am I glad I don't live there!
