Today's Stuff

The eagle has landed. We got the box of clothes from Lola this afternoon. Gabriel thought the box was REALLY cool. He fit perfectly in it. He loved the dinosaur hat for about 15 minutes and then decided that his perfectly sized head should not be covered. Great clothes from Lola as usual. She is a grandmother who clearly is well versed in buying for boys. Gabriel is a manly man. I did not realize how many clothes we would need for a little boy in the summer time. He is getting everything dirty and wet. We are changing three times a day since last week. Today's outfit was from Lola last year and we are going to get two summers out of it. Yippie!

Gabriel is also still happily eating at the table. He is also eating from a real ceramic plate becaues the threat of plate frisbee is behind us. He also no longer launches food. For the past two weeks he is eating like a real human and enjoying it. We just got the Kabooster (green thing lifting up the chair) and he loves it because he can sit on the chair like a real boy. He was a little to excited about it yesterday and tried to get up by himself and slipped and slammed his face into the table. He is sporting a very manly purple bruise on his cheekbone.





We also talked on the phone today. This is Gabriel talking to Grammy. He is quite a chatterbox on the phone. It is too bad we don't know what he is saying, it sounds really important.
