I am enjoying relatively stress free evenings since Gabriel is sleeping like a normal person. I am about to get my sewing notions out and cut out all the tags in his big boy underwear. Why put plastic tags in little boy underpants. What would need to be the most comfy? Guess no one at Sears was really thinking clearly on that issue. I wonder if the Sears marketing people would be happy to know that when I thought little boy underpants I thought, "Sears" of course. Carters seem to be the best though, we won't go back to Sears. Guess what this picture means:

Gabriel wanted to wear real underpants to bed but we decided against it. He's sleeping so well, why ruin it with a wet bed.
My little man did all his poop on the potty today and once yesterday. Of course he peed on the bathroom floor too today but made it into the potty yesterday while he was talking on the phone to Daddy. I decided it was a good excuse to clean my bathroom. Here's what goes on here in the afternoons now.
Gabriel hides for his privacy then I pull him out of wherever, we wrestle to the ground to get his pants and diaper off and then I leave him to use the potty on his own (and he does). It's some major WWF wrestling too since he really wants the diaper on when he really needs it. Sylvia thinks the whole thing is very entertaining. She even gets a lolly pop out of it sometimes. We wrestled twice today and while Nanny witnessed the wrestle and the main event, Daddy only got to see Gabriel show him how proud he was of his very own product.
I am hoping that it will go well and he will get to go to Dinosaur Day Camp and Music Music Music this summer. There's also a great activity setup at St. Gregory's but the poor little boy has to be potty trained. If he only knew all the fun he was missing.
Let's have some prayers, PEOPLE!

JUST WONDERING IF THE PICTURE IS G'S NEW POTTY CHAIR. VERY LOTS OF INTERESTING THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN THERE. REALLY EXCITED TO BE THERE ON HIS BIRTHDAY AND TO SEE THE ANGEL, SYLVIA. LOLA
Lola, yes that is one of Gabriels potty chairs.
Gabriel is fascinated by this whole pooping thing. He jumps up to look in the potty, (sometimes a little too soon) then whips the container bowl out of the potty and sprints to the bathroom so he can dump it in the toilet and flush it down. Then he says "Bye, bye poop!"
We had that same potty seat. Loved it!
