Life's A Beach

Gabriel and Connor had a sleepover at the shore on Friday night. The sleepover was tough for Mommy. They spent Saturday morning at the beach. It was the "little beach" on the bay. Gabriel loved it. He went in the water all by himself and knew what to do with everything. Connor is a fish so we knew he would like the water. He loves the beach. Bryan and Rich went golfing on Saturday morning.

The great thing about the Connor/Gabriel duo is that they get each other so tired. Yesterday Connor napped on the couch from 3:30 to 7:00. And I know no one will believe this one but Gabriel fell asleep on Mommy's lap at 4:20PM at the kitchen table and did not wake up until nearly 5 hours later (when we woke him up to leave). Gabriel only fell asleep after poking the sleeping Connor just for fun. Gabriel slept on the other couch amidst the party. He didn't notice there was a party going on. We woke him up at 9pm but he did not sleep in the car and did not want to go to bed here until midnight but he slept all the way through to 7AM this morning. Gotta love Connor. Connor's Mommy likes Gabriel for the same reason.
Bryan was the baby wisperer. See how much George likes him.
This is Annie and we met her at the beach. Jet ski's are facinating.
He does say BEACH now.
This is Connor's fiance, Annie. He is attracted to the older women at the beach who have the most beach toys. We hope he will continue this trend and bring a rich girl home from college to meet Mommy and Daddy.
Gabriel loves Caitlin. He was NICE NICE to her. He gets very concerned when she cries. He reaches into the Pack n Play and tries to put the pacifier back in her mouth. He was even trying to rock the Pack n Play (nicely) when she was crying. He was very concerned when Jackie did not go to her immediately when Caitlin cried. Luckily Caitlin is the perfect baby and she cries rarely.
Guess whose feet these are. HINT. These are Jackies shoes and these are not Jackie's feet.
Yes, they have matching T-shirts. Gabriel thought he was in heaven. A private TV, unlimited cheese doodles. He says DOODLE now too. Beverages and a friend, what else could a guy want?
Lakewood Blue Clays baseball game on Friday night. It's a minor league team. Gabriel was a super good boy and stayed on the blanket the whole time. We were concerned that he had found some drugs at the house to induce the fabulous behavior but he was just having a good time so he was a good boy.
Take me out to the ball game.
Water golf.
Wow Annie, what other toys do you have?

Looks like so much fun, even if the sleepover part didn't work out so great. I'm so jealous you were at the beach!
