My fingernails are purple. Yes, it was very painful. I burned off three fingernails in college with steam and this was so much more painful than that. I was attempting to separate a frozen mass of approximately 50 hot dogs last night by pounding the mass against my countertop with a butter knife on top to pry them apart. Well, my left hand was holding the icey mass from underneath. Nuff said. I was ok for the zoo today as long as Gabriel could refrain from squeezing my left hand. Bryan finished dinner last night like a trooper. More about the zoo later. It was fun.

OUCH!!! too. Mom always say that beautiful hands are those that work. Yours look beautiful but painful. I hope you are feeling better.
